We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
To start a return or request a refund, contact us at taptwandsupport@gmail.com. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back — just reach out and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at taptwandsupport@gmail.com.
